yep, wrong forum.

my answer - it doesnt materially matter. i stopped less than two weeks into it as i was afraid i was gonna burn something out with all that oxygen. the salient points being that it worked and even though it worked it was scary. it was simply a milestone in the doctorate on my own health. everyone has to get their own PhD for themselves.
