Hi guys, I've been taking 1 gram or so of SSKI for the last 5 days. So far so good. Only detox is tiredness and sore throat that I've had since the start. For 3 months I worked my way up from 50mg to 300mg of Lugol's before taking the high dose SSKI . I've only seen a small difference in my skin these 3 months, but nevertheless, I am hopeful.

So... Around how many months should it take for me to reach sufficiency/saturation? I am 5"10, 140 pounds, female, 20 years old. Any ideas? I do know it's different for everyone but even a ballpark figure would be helpful. Will it be under a year?
