Yes I am new here. But I have done a lot of mistakes when it comes to flushes so i feel I sit on a lot of knowledge. I probably done 15 of them now.

The best one i did i had a pressure in my gallbladder for 7 weeks before i flushed. 2h after the oil mixture a giant golf-ball-calcified-stone came out, and the following day several hundreds green ones.

Andreas moritz talked about the pressure he always felt between the flushes and I believe its important too feel it on the day of the flush.

So from my perspective u can try eat some fats a few days before.
