a good first line treatment for adrenal fatigue is to cut out caffeine completely, thats coffee, black tea, cola, energy drinks.

instead drink lots of apple juice mixed with an alkaline mineral/spring water to clear your liver and adrenals.

this simple method works so well.

if the problem persists, then it would need further investigation to identify the causative factors.
