As I have told repeatedly; digging into old threads is a treasure chest. Now we seem to have very few that are willing to do this work; thats why I dont chime in as I used to: I know we have answered this over and over again.

The above concern is valid, I was a mod on one of the largest fitness sites on the web for almost 15 years. A couple times I had to walk away and take a couple month break. It was the same questions over and over and over. It got to the point where all I did was clean house and offered very little inpute because most of it has been said before. The ones who got a response from me were generally those that had clearly shown they did some homework but still had questions and those folks were few and far between.

Unfortunately im not sure if there is an easy solution since so many of the search teams are used so regularly it can be hard to find the details one is after and im afraid most simpley give up with little effort.

On that some note however some of the most valuable find I have made came from persistance and often were only slightly related to what I was after. I go thru phases were I will actually spend upwards of 20 hours a week researching but I realize that is not the norm.
