caffeine is known to cause adrenal fatigue, dehydration and mineral depletion therefore the effects of plain old dehdration could lead to adrenal fatigue.

all that is usually required to cure acute attacks of adrenal fatigue is vitamin c plus water.

chronic adrenal fatigue is a different kettle of fish and we have seen cases where iron deficiency anaemia has been misdiagnosed as adrenal fatigue.

first line, focus on correct nutrition and water intake. remember you need about 2 liters per day.
