That's interesting username, congrats on your progress, I hope you heal fully :) Hopefully my hormones will balance out and that might help my acne.
I'd love a stomach like yours! Dairy really is the devil lol. I've been off it for 4 months. It's addictive I think, if you take it out completely, it's easy to not want it after a while.

I have mild asthma as in I only ever need an inhaler when I do cardio. So hopefully Iodine will get rid of it. I don't want to be depending on meds cause I love running :)
