And soybean oil is known to promote inflammation, hormone disrupter as well. Acne in adults= hormone disturbance.

It could of course be a detox reaction, but in general I would stay away from the vegetable oils.
Lechitin from sunflower, non Genetically-Modified-Organisms is an option, but I dont see the need for the liposomal vit C, when we have the option of good old ascorbic acid; a great detoxifier.
