everyone i know who takes Iodine and works out gets double the results. i think it makes the hormones work better - especially testosterone and growth hormone. definition is very little effort away with iodine.

MH used to talk about cascara sagrada as well - how it works the stomach even while sitting or lying down.

thats really all there is to it. for added energy, hydration, potassium and some MSM for sulphur are also good.

be well, and dont over do it.
