Trapper,

A little while back you said to take a gram of Iodide or Iodine to help with getting six pack abs.
Could you elaborate on how this helps, which forms to take and why you think that.
It would be nice if you could give me a little more of your theory than just "everything works better with Iodine".
I'd like a bit better understanding before I buy and begin taking large doses in this quest for a better body. I understand how to get sixpack abs the conventional way, I just need to understand what the gram will do to help, and how best to do it.

Thanks in advance. Others with knowledge or theories feel free to share your advice also.
I'm wanting to do this by next June.
