Hey Grizz,

Thanks for all the helpful info. I'll post a full report soon, but Iodine has been a huge help and complimentary to anti-fungals. it seems to help immune system on a cellular level. Once I upped the dosage, hives reduced and had the usual candida die off symptoms.
