Why don't you just avoid soy for a while and that's it ?

Sometimes allergies come and go. Why overcomplicate things ?

Lots of doctors say soy isn't healthy, for instance, Brownstein.

In a recent post, Ginagirl advices to follow your cravings (providing they're of healthy food). Why don't apply the same principle and follow what your allergies are telling you?

Btw, some Acne ISN'T a severe allergy AT ALL. Severe allergy can lead to choking and death in a matter of minutes.
