Most of us here are pretty well-read on those topics. The real problem with us is that we don't have a correct diagnosis.

I have tried many things over the years. Some helped, some doesn't seem to have any effect, and some, I believe did irreparable harm to me and made it worst. Some of the things people do in attempt to get rid of this problem is actually quite alarming. I know exactly where it's coming from because I was there, and still pretty much there now, but I'm a little more selective when it comes to these 'cures'. I think what's more important for us is finding ways of getting a proper/correct diagnosis since the existing medical establishments doesn't not seem to have one for us at the moment.
