thanks so much for the responses i really needed that imput. i wont cut back today, day 2. im going to go buy The Master Cleanse book, i was too broke to buy it the last time i went to the store.
can anyone tell me about taking the Sea Salt water in the morning? is that in the book?
i also read somewhere that you have to take Bentonite to loosen the yuckies in the bowl. does anyone know about that.
