Please let me know the fast. I have been trying to cleanse for 1.5 years and when I think I am feeling better, then I get worse again.
I have felt like borax helped, thought it was difficult (felt like I was going to die), the baking soda helped me tremendously with cleansing (had a huge rope worm leave voluntarily, still moving in the toilet) and just recently started trying probiotics again. I felt tremendous mental clarity and energy with the probiotics. I did both an enema and also took them orally before bed, so of course, now I am really interested.
I agree with you - we have to do it together. Science and medicine are not seeking our best interests.
