Very true. Quite the commitment to take control of one's health.
I am the one talked about at work as one with an "issue" for I will NOT partake in their food orgies of buckets o'crap, dunk a toxin, or Mac poison wrapped in paper.
I also diabetes free. Have my thyroid AND uterus. NO meds. 58 yo.
Seems the 30 yo re not faring too well...sad
