Hello

I would like to ask about shivering when on stress, i used to stress lightly when i was diagnosed with adrenal fatigue

Lately, i started to get some mild shivering and tremors in my hand and legs with chills all around my body. I also get some weird feeling in my stomach.

The feelings is accompanied with foggy brain, and emotional stress

I did the saliva cortisol and it showed normal low in morning and high at night.

The neurotransmitter test showed low adrenaline and noradrenaline with high dopamine and low serotonin.

After trying to fix both of these, iam still not satisfied with the results.

any tips or hing on where to search or what to take.
