Interesting, because I also felt pleasantly sleepy after doing Lufenuron for the first time, and have continued to experience very deep, restful sleep, weeks after. you can check my GNH blog in my profile to read an in depth account of my experience with Lufenuron. I'm pretty happy with it, overall. :-)
