Don't do anything until you see your doctor. IMO, whatever you do at this point, you need a doctor's advice. NEVER take supplements without consulting with your doctor.

Also, don't get the Iodine with the skull & crossbones next time. That is the wrong one!

Also do the skin patch test to see if you are allergic. Do't take Lugols if you are allergic,
