You're supposed to do the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) on an empty stomach or you will be flushing lemonade out instead of toxins, so it would be much better for your mom to do the lax tea am/pm than to do the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) at night. in fact the book only recommends the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) as an alternative to the lax tea am/pm, not as the only way to go.
