Thank you and Vucanel. I am extremely healthy and just started Iodine and had my first detox event.. made it through and feel awesome. I have a health drink I created and it was great but I was still lacking energy .... The Iodine and salt seems to be what I needed. During my first salt loading I did a 1/2 tsp. 3 times and did not have any need to pee.... all I can think of is that I was also salt deficient. (would not eat any salt at all during the day) Anyway... thank you so much for your advice.
