I'm totally against doing fasts especially when the body is already imbalanced, but that's just me. If you feel your body can handle it and you really want to do the oj fast, go ahead.

But note that detoxing means the removal of toxins from the body. The drugs could have suppressed your immune system, screwed up your digestion, etc. and you may still feel the side effects (they're damage already done to the body) but it doesn't mean they are still circulating in your body.
