i did the dr hay oj fast. you have to do it long enough to get the problem solved. a person as toxic as you would need many attempts and increasing the length of time with subsequent fasts. it would take a while with starts and stops and lots of research about how to start and how to stop. flushing and cleansing are also important. herbs help a lot.

check out MH. he hates lugols. you and him could have all manner of commiserations on his forum. he claims that Lugols given to his wife damaged his son in utero. youll be right at home there.
