my stomach has been raw since lugols. I wonder if beer and Lugols formed a oxidative reaction in my stomach. It just feels like shit constantly rumbling sometimes frequent going in the morning and I can only eat like 1/4 of the food I used to be able to. Less food, sunlight, and exercising for me = feeling constantly worse
