other then beer and fish oil no.. I don't know if its mental depression.. I started to get the darkest thoughts of my life afew weeks ago. Now its just a desperation act by my brain screaming at me to get off the couch and do something, but my body is stuck like glue I just sleep all day long. I cant get my temperature up either since I took lugols. The highest its ever gone is 98.3 in the afternoon and that's after I sit in the sauna and hot tub to wash off. I try to make it to the gym for 15 min a day/ sauna other then that I sit on the couch all day with blood shot red eyes feeling horrendous.
