If I had a time machine I would use it, but I cant go back. I did Iodine like I took any other supplement, read the reviews on amazon then take it for a few days to see if it gives me more energy. on my 12th day of Iodine I got so sick I thought I was going to die and I threw it in the trash thinking hey this will pass in a week. but it never has and I sit here months later still in misery. It looks like I might have to take Iodine again unless I want to lay in bed for another year
