Wow, Robin, what an incredible journey you have made in a very short time. You are an amazing person to have made such difficult life changes and certainly are an inspiration to me and I hope to others. My story isn't so different than yours and knowing your accomplishments will help me. I especially like the part about dealing with cravings by asking why the cravings are there.

My prayers are with you that you continue on this path to health and well being, both physically and mentally. I am printing your post to help keep me on my path, which is the same as yours.
