I already wrote about Gluten being BS a while back. If Gluten was the issue then all Buddhists would have inflammatory bowel disease.

BTW something I told my old quack when I was told to stay away from gluten by the Medico Mafia only to end up in a Buddhists restaurant and thoroughly enjoying it.

Turns out Gluten made by the Buddhists Temple made the old way by using plenty of fresh NON processed water from a spring has no adverse effect..

So I call BS on most of this stuff..
