The moderator moved your post to debate because you are not asking for help. You are intent on bad mouthing iodine.

The Iodine forum is there to help people get started with iodine. It is not for debate because it is an essential element for human health, and is required by every cell in the body.

You also did not follow directions: There are 3 dosing recommendations:
1) Heel dosing for sensitive people,
2) Small dose
3) Large dose

It is for each person to determine the best dosing for iodine:

You also don't "Drink Iodine."
You add 1 or more drops to a glass of water.

When are you going to answer my question: Did you do the Skin Patch Test to see if you are allergic?

That is a Yes or No answer.

BTW, we caught you changing your name back again to mjj from "I Hate Iodine"
