That's the beauty of this site.. there are many things that you can try to get what you're looking for... and user post history that you can track progress (or lack thereof) and you can match up symptoms and reactions with your own for a better understanding of what's happening. When something sounds good, I don't just jump at it... im an analyzer by nature so I want full details. I also can not consume everything my body needs from food sources, so i need supplements. The best advice i think was the vitamin d. That stuff was like, magical.
