I checked on the internet about comedonal acne, certainly no answers there. Then I checked here I read 1 page of 7 but nothing mentioned about your acne. May be you can check the rest of the pages

Understandable you are frustrated but for some people even to get rid off regular Acne can take a year. Stay at least away from the gluten. Also check out the Humaworm forum some people did a lot of different cleanses, like colon and kidney and keep flushing.
