You recommended to apply sports ointment salve and then wrap it. Do you wrap it in lettuce or cabbage like the amish or is there another way? Currently im just using some plastic food wrap and sticking it on the area but thats probably pretty unhealthy because im just leaching the plastics into my body lol.
