If I remember right Southern Belle you, after many years did still your yearly flush.
Crane23 it sounds great you never got your problems back.
The maintenance flushes will prevent new problems. You are right though, this idea after 3 clean flushes you are done, does not work for many people.
Happy for you that you are doing well.
