Thanks guys (or gals)

I tried doing some research last night and a straw would be the best idea. I just am trying to decide if I should keep this going, or if, in my case, it will do significant damage to my already fragile teeth. I know lemons are listen as one of the worst enamel eating foods which makes sense. I brush like four times a day, and still last time I saw the dentist, it took three trips to fill all the cavities.
Now I have reoccuring dreams that my teeth fall out:< Last night they were so sensitive I couldnt stand it. This morning they are a little better, but I will see how they feel again after another day of the juice....through a straw. These things need to last me a life-time. Im only 25. Thanks for your time and answering me.
