After chasing adrenal issues for years I realized it all goes back to thyroid support. The thyroid is what helps keep candida under control. I also discovered stimulates and high stress make me produce more cortisol to make up for the thyroid being slower. Guess what, cortisol causes more candida. I balanced my adrenals by relieving all kinds of stressors like sugar, mental etc... And getting my thyroid going again.
