What does everyone do for liver support?
I picked up some milk thistle today finally.. I can't bring myself to do anymore Liver Flushes after the 2013 rupture fiasco. Not sure how necessary flushes would even be without a gallbladder.
The bottle says to take 1 cap (1000mg) 4 times a day.


I'm not longer seeing the fungal roots and branches.. not sure if that means anything.
