I saw some OTC Psoriasis creams in pharmacies, noticed the main ingredient was salicylic acid, like facial cleanser exfoliant but didn't try because even on offer they were $20 a tube.

In the local dollar store, saw Dr. Sheffield's Psoriasis Medicated Moisturizer. For $1, I'll try it, and it helped lessen the SD flaking and soothed the raw spots without making anything worse. Although it has 2% salicylic acid, it doesn't dry out or irritate like skin cleansers.

I am still using Sea Salt with excellent results but sometimes I need a moisturizer and Dr. Sheffield's is good. I'll try to apply it more often and more regularly to see if it really stops the SD.
