I have this same problem. I was a junior in high school and clearly remember this day. I took a dab before class and passed out on my desk. I woke up and suddenly had this paranoia that I smelt like shit. A year later and I still have the same problem. I had been smoking for around a year straight maybe 6 times a week, very heavily. I'm pretty sure I have severe anxiety now and a lot of paranoia. I quit smoking because when I smoked I felt the odor was stronger. Things got better after I quit. I had the idea that it was a problem with my stomach so I started eating healthier and taking probiotics everyday before I ate breakfast. I even visited the gastro doctor because I was having problems having bowel movements and felt bloated and gassy all the time. I feel like a lot of the problem with the odor was my anxiety because I only felt like I smelt at school, I was perfectly clam at home, and felt it a little when I went out with friends. I tried to stay relaxed at school plus eat healthy and now I feel much better. I only have this haunting feeling once every couple months.
