The cosupplement list is overwhelming at first. that was another turn off initially... but I'm sort of glad I waited though because I dumped a lot of my toxic load in the weeks leading up to the leap.
I'm excited for you.. hopefully this can lift you out of that fog that comes with suffering for so long. You can really be "reborn".
