mindboggling how out of all the people i personally know who have taken iodine, most of them informed and supplied by me, not one problem like this. the occasional headache or zits. one or two swollen thyroid. all temporary. all mild. a handful out of hundreds.

are you sure you want to risk your health on one notion that you alone have had that Lugols ruined your health? thats some fixation. has that been looked at? i would hate to see you miss an opportunity for healing through your own stubborn wilfulness in the face of all kinds of contrary testimony.
