Root canals will definately cause problems.

Two thoughts. Since they were the front teeth, is there any chance they could have punctured the sinus cavity?

One of mine did, but it caused 4, or 5 sinus infections a year, along with other problems like Fibromyalgiatinitis Arthritis in my right hip, tinnitus, etc.

Did you check your health problems related to those teeth on the Tooth meridian Chart?, or all your teeth. Could be another tooth. Also mercury fillings cause health problems.
