Amen. You really will be disappointed if you are expecting to steadily lose weight. The scale will go up and down or just plateau for days on end. I just came off a 14-day Master-Cleanse and didn't lose ANY weight until the fifth day, when I went down 5.5 lbs. THen I didn't lose any weight AGAIN until the 10th day, when I went down another 5 lbs. So I lost a total of 10.5 lbs, but I only showed weight loss on two of the 14 days!
