Could be possible to have some specific genes that deal with or create anxiety. For example there are some that cant metabolize easily adrenaline once released...

But you should look for other chrionic stressors also. Just another point to consider - I have the same genes as my parents that predisposee me to...but also living togheter so many years with mold exposure and sharing the same infections. Could be psychological triggers also

Another point to consider re medication. I also have weird reaction to meds but now i know they are due to screwed CYP detox system in the liver and histamine issue. Years and years i thought its in my head.

Along with the good advice from Sherpa you might wanna check for chronic stressors. I didnt find help at all from regular docs. Not even for minor things
