I took 500mg Lugols for a few weeks time, was only able to reach that point because of the magnets. Without the magnets, 300mg was my limit.

I actually stopped at that point because it seemed my skin was actually aging faster than normal. Maybe it was all the oxidative stress caused by the elemental. I was not taking much Vitamin C at the time also.

I am curious as to what 1gram of Lugols would be like. If you ever do try to reach that point, please share your experience! I will probably be trying it out soon just out of curiosity, and I will be sure to post my experiences also.
