I would say what your experiencing is the possible combined effect of having a successful flush, & having debris cleaned away from the bowel so that more happiness hormones can be absorbed back into the body... After your bowle is nice & clean you will feel this more often then not, but because the little fellas living there get exhausted from all the flushing, you also experience negative symptoms that can take a few days to replenish themselves or come back.
