i meditate but I think the issue here is why it might help her it doesnt help the children.Children are affected by living or expeiencing this type of situation and it seems he wont allow peace using the children to hurt her . In the end the kids get hurt. He doesnt care about the emotional well being of the kids just hurting her.Sociapaths donot have the ability to love anyone - though they seem to have a love hate relationship with themselves so her fear of him having custody is warranted. Most mothers would go to great lengths to protect and nuure.Emotionaly seperating yourself form the Chaos thru meditation is a good idea but what about the kids- they do grow up and how does all this turmoil affect them?
