I have been doing urine therapy for 2 weeks or so. I have been getting what I thought were positive results. I was getting more energy, needed slightly less sleep. I was drinking anywhere from 5-12 ounces per time I urinated as often as I could. I have a diet with no Sugar only free range meats when I do eat meats. Alot of nuts salads ect. Then one morning woke up with an ear ache and my eardrum broke and now on Antibiotics . Maybe bacteria from urine? Now I have to stop the urine therapy, right? Would welcome any help.
