What David is saying is that 120mg is more than laughably insufficient.

Taking the ascorbic acid until bowel tolerance could be 5,000+ mg = 5 grams or more.

my friend Shotsee says it far more politically correct than I do. Sorry for being so blunt. Shotsee's advice is 1st class. He is our Vit C expert and we are lucky he came by to offer his advice.
