I had been doing castor oil packs every night for about 10 days. I just read that they should be done 3 days per week only.

One night I applied fennel and frankincense essential oils to my stomach and my stool smelled to high heavens the next day. My diet was not different than before. What happened? Is it okay to add essential oils to the castor oil pack?
