I was just wondering if taking DHEA sporadically is ill-advised? I've recently begun taking it & it gives me Acne almost instantaneously. However it clears up almost instantaneously when I stop taking it.

Therefore when I have events on I'm thinking I'll stop the DHEA a few days before. I have ME/CFS, parasites, candida, gilbert's syndrome - you get the gist!

Appreciate any feedback!
